October 18-19, 2023, at the State Library of Ukraine for Youth located at the base of Kirovohrad Regional Library for youth named after E. Malanyuk the 17^th All-Ukrainian Head School, titled “Library Head in the Realities of War: Adaptation, Responsibility, Prioritization” was conducted.  Prof. Karpenko Oksana, Doctor of Economics, Professor in the Department of Public Management and Administration, project manager of the SUIT project team, delivered a lecture on the topic: “Peculiarities of Management Decision-Making in the Conditions of the Negative Impact of Hybrid Threats”.
