Hybrid wars and hybrid threats: modern approaches and tools of prevention and response

On October 3, 2020, project team of Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine hosted a workshop “Hybrid wars and hybrid threats: modern approaches and tools of prevention and response” for members of the NGOs of ATO (JFO) participants. Workshop was hold within the framework of the project “Patriots – to Power” and the project of Erasmus+ “Academic Response to Hybrid Threats”.
The moderator of the workshop was Prof. Dmytro Karamyshev;
the speakers included:
- Ihor Rushchenko – Doctor of Sociology, Professor, reporting on “Hybrid war as a 4GW war. The new fronts of a hybrid war”.
- Oleksandr Orlov – Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, reporting on “Application of Google tools in providing social communications under the conditions of hybrid threats”.
