The tradition of holding annual scientific and practical conferences within the project framework was not interrupted this difficult warfare autumn but on the contrary, it was continued for sharing experience and research results within a new security status when hybrid threats acquired the new forms, new content and new goals within the conditions of a full-scale war. Not only consortium members (ECAM-EPMI, UCU, NAMSCA) but also researchers from other higher education institutions of Ukraine and Europe participated in the conference.
On November 22, 2022, the State University of Infrastructure and Technologies together with the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics held the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Management and Administration in the Conditions of Countering Hybrid Threats to National Security.” Not only consortium members (ECAM-EPMI, UCU, NAMSCA) but also researchers from other higher education institutions of Ukraine and EU participated in the conference. This collaboration strengthens and enhances the WARN community partnership.

On November 1, 2022, the Department of Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management of NURE held the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Strategies of Economic Development: Science, Innovation and Business Education” in online format.
The WARN project partners, the State University of Infrastructure and Technologies became an co-organizers of the conference.
“Development of modern entrepreneurship under the influence of and counteraction to hybrid threats.” was introduced as the distinctive section at the conference.
