Delivered LLL courses for teachers and professionals

During the 2022 – 2023 and 2023-2024 academic years, Ukrainian HEIs – consortium partners, enrolled 2238 trainees – professionals in advanced training courses based on the results of project research.

These lectures have been specially developed, considering the target professional audience, which is specific to each partner.

The most diverse program of courses was offered at the Center for Continuous Cultural and Artistic Education of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts. In particular, they developed special programmes for training experts for the Ukrainian Cultural Fund and for the rehabilitation of chaplains (in cooperation with the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra).

Additionally, workshop on  the training methodologies developed within project embraced and trained 80 teachers and professionals from different HEIs and technological companies of Ukraine. https://warn-erasmus.eu/news/workshop-on-the-training-methodologies-developed-within-erasmus-projects/.

A detailed analysis of feedback from workshop participants can be found at the link  WARN_Feedback on Workshop_Methodology. The conclusions will be considered when updating (fine-tuning) the methodology in the next final project year after the trainings.

The next recruitment of trainees for advanced training courses in the Autumn of 2023 was held at the Center for Continuous Cultural and Art Education of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts. Study topic: transformational processes in culture. Project partners from various institutions, experts in the respective domains, are involved in teaching. Thus, Oksana Karpenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Management, Public Management and Administration delivers the course “Peculiarities of Managerial Decision Making within the negative impact of hybrid threats”.

UCU has launched a micro-qualification in Security Studies for professionals and plans to open a new full study program in Security Studies. https://youtu.be/2TmPRwYznOA

NAMSCA launched delivering the developed the hybrid teaching methodology (https://warn-erasmus.eu/deliverables/new-hybrid-teaching-methodology/) for teachers within Training program on teaching advancement for managers and professionals of cultural institutions “Cultural practices as a tool for countering hybrid threats in the real and virtual environment”. The first recruitment of trainees in February 2024 comprised 112 people.
