Delivered LLL courses for teachers and professionals

Lifelong learning courses, updated with a focus on countering hybrid threats, were offered to trainees from the project’s professional domains for piloting prior to the completion of new course development. In 2021, 115 trainees received advanced training on these courses, and in 2022, the number increased to 402 trainees. This made it possible to incorporate feedback from professionals on the new topics into the development of courses on countering hybrid threats across each of the 12 project domains.

During the 2022 – 2023 and 2023-2024 academic years, Ukrainian HEIs – consortium partners, enrolled 3879 trainees – professionals from 7 project fields and teachers of HEIs in advanced training programmes based on the project results including a new methodology for teaching countering hybrid threats. These LLL programmes have been specially developed, considering the target professional audience, which is specific to each partner.

Till the end of 2024 year 198 more professionals completed the training in the project LLL programmes.

Another type of LLL courses are based on a new Hybrid Teaching Methodology. By the end of the project, a total of 1,504 faculty members had enrolled in teaching enhancement programmes focused on new methods of content delivering under hybrid threat conditions to train the skills of countering and resilience.

The most diverse programmes are offered at the Center for Continuous Cultural and Artistic Education of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts. In particular, they developed special programmes for training experts for the Ukrainian Cultural Fund and for the rehabilitation of chaplains (in cooperation with the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra). Open lectures for trainees of professional associations have been launched, taught by lecturers from all project partners. This approach ensures that each specific domain is taught as professionally as possible.

For example, for partners who, due to intense hostilities, cannot launch LLL programmes, NAMSCA engages project experts from other partner universities to provide appropriate expertise in the relevant domains demanded by the trainees of LLL programmes.
