On October 3, 2020, project team of Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine hosted a workshop “Hybrid wars and hybrid threats: modern approaches and tools of prevention and response” for members of the NGOs of ATO (JFO) participants. Workshop was hold within the framework of the project “Patriots – to Power” and the project of Erasmus+ “Academic Response to Hybrid Threats”.

The moderator of the workshop was Prof. Dmytro Karamyshev;

the speakers included:

1. Ihor Rushchenko – Doctor of Sociology, Professor, reporting on “Hybrid war as a 4GW war. The new fronts of a hybrid war”.
2. Oleksandr Orlov – Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, reporting on “Application of Google tools in providing social communications under the conditions of hybrid threats”.
