Privacy statement

The activities of Erasmus+ CBHE project “Academic response to Hybrid Threats” (WARN) № 610133-EPP-1-2019-1-FI-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, funded by The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) are subject regulations of EU and EACEA. As part of the responsibilities towards EACEA, some personal data of participants to project activities have to be managed by the project consortium and forwarded to EACEA.

Responsible data controller

The personal data is controlled by each beneficiary organization according to its own conventions and responsibilities, by the coordinating institution (University of Jyväskylä, Finland, responsible coordinator, professor Timo Tiihonen) and by EACEA as specified in its privacy statement.

Personal data to be processed

The personal data consists essentially of the names, titles and positions of the persons participating to project mobilities or being hired to project activities to the extent needed to fill in the reporting forms (time-sheets, joint declarations, travel reports) and of the contact data (e-mail, professional phone numbers) of the appointed liaison persons of the partners. No personal contact data is processed.

Purpose of collecting the data

The data is collected solely for the needs of financial reporting to EACEA and related audit trail.

Access and disclosure

The data can be primarily accessed by the project coordinator and coordinator financial secretary and it can be disclosed to external audit. In addition, the data included to the financial reports is accessed by EACEA as explained in related privacy statement.

Data storage and protection

The data is stored electronically within the premises of coordinating institution and managed under GDPR. Each partner organization has access only to its own data folder. The data is kept for 5 years after the acceptance of the final report for audit purposes.
