the temporary public authority in one or more settlements, an administrative district or region, acting within the framework of the Anti-Terrorist CenteroperatingCenter operating under the Security Service of Ukraine. It’s aim is toensuretonsure the enforcement of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, security and recovery of public activities, law enforcement, participation in combating sabotage and terrorist attacks, prevention of humanitarian catastrophe in the area of carrying out anti-terrorist operation.
