On December 7, 2021, the State University of Infrastructure and Technology (SUIT) together with the Department of Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KNURE) conducted the 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference “Management and Administration Responses to Hybrid Threats”.
Ukrainian and European project partners (NAMSCA, KhKNU, ECAM-EPMI, JYU) together with researchers and academicians from 75 higher education institutions of Ukraine and other 9 countries joined the discussion of security issues remaining sharply relevant in today’s tense world. The project partners shared their experiences in the terminology of hybrid threats; in determining the knowledge, skills and competences of future graduates for the ability to countering hybrid influences, as well as in developing the content of courses which will build the expected knowledges and skills of future graduates of master’s programs should be modernized within the project. External to the project consortium participants presented their research in the field of security and developing the overall security strategy of the country in the face of Russian aggression, economic studies of occurred and expected losses caused by hybrid influencing on various aspects of life, sociological research on public understanding of hybrid threats and the degree of country’s vulnerability caused by hybrid attacks.
