Annual Scientific and Practical Conference “Management and Administration Towards Countering Hybrid Threats to National Security” was established in 2020 (at the end of the first project year) by two project partners State University of Infrastructure and Technology and Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in December 2020. Conference became an academic platform for the exchange of ideas, research, and practical results in the field of security and countering hybrid threats, with a strong focus on hybrid attacks across various professional fields and domains. By promoting these relatively new topics for Ukrainian researchers, the conference has heightened interest in the area and attracted young researchers to explore new approaches, methods, and tools for counteracting unpredictable threats, thereby increasing the resilience and robustness of Ukrainian society.

345 participants from 10 countries of the world (Latvia, Norway, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Australia, Austria, Great Britain, Ukraine) from 75 scientific institutions and institutions of higher education from 19 cities of Ukraine took part in the 5th anniversary conference.
