Development of the QA plan and project evaluation (WP4)

The Quality Assurance Plan formalizes the approach that will be followed by the partners of the WARN project to ensure the highest possible quality of the project activities, outputs and outcomes and project management.

WP leaders (JYU – Project Coordinator and NURE as National Coordinator) developed the QA Plan, discussed it with partners, presented it at the meeting combined with Workshop on WP1 results where QA plan was accepted by consortium. The templates of reporting and supporting documents have been developed in a line with EACEA’s demands to the visual information and representing the project results. This should facilitate and formalize reporting on the project results as well as make reporting regular.

QA Plan was updated in the reporting part in June of 2020 due to adjusting work process within quarantine restrictions.

QA Plan and templates of the reporting and supporting documents are uploaded to the WARN repository: (Path: Quality management)

Quality control meetings are hold in months 4 (at SUIT combined with Workshop on WP1 results), 8 (via Zoom meeting), 13 (via Zoom meeting), 16, 20, 25, 32.

Self-assessment reports must be prepared to the QC meetings and analyzed during meetings. The conclusions made by partners facilitate to adjust the further action plan. All discussed issues and related conclusions are recorded in the minutes.
